I would definitely stay here again
It's not a bad place considering the area. I enjoyed having a laundromat, carwash, and a restaurant in one place. The R.D. Bailey dam and lake are a must see if you find yourself in the area.
I stayed for 2 nights, and I thought the room was great. Very clean and well kept. There were many amenities within walking distance; including a very good restaurant with home cooking. I would definitely recommend this Lodge if you are in the area.
Great place to visit, let us shower even though we were already checked out.... Great people will visit again... clean rooms and great location
When we arrived we thought the lodge look great even though it had very limited parking for your truck and trailer. The office closed two hours early every evening. Do if you needed anything you had to wait till 10 the next morning. After the second night I noticed my daughter itching her arm. We spent a lot of time outside so we assumed it was mosquito bites. Then someone in a room below us discovered bed bugs. So decided we should check our room and low and behold we found the head board full of bed bugs. The office was very apologetic and refunded our money and payed for us to go to a laundromat. The lodge would be awesome if they would take the bug problem seriously and hire a professional exterminator.
